Service Description

Fitness classes specifically focusing on strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility and mobility for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This helps prevent injury and increase recovery, allowing you to train more often, longer and harder. Each workout is done in a Tabata format with three rounds made up of 8 bursts of 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest. Each exercise is specifically picked because of its relevance to BJJ.
