We are a mixed martial art gym providing MMA, BJJ, fitness, and yoga classes for comprehensive martial art training, focusing on developing beginners to advanced amateurs.

To provide a safe, friendly place where everyone can develop their martial art skills and knowledge.  We encourage the physical, mental and personal development of each student so we can all be the best that we can be.

  2. Every day we work to lessen the ego within.

  3. Be humble. Be grateful. Be kind.

  4. Knowledge is more powerful than strength but don't neglect your strength training (it helps)

  5. Be open to new ideas and beliefs, you will never know everything.

  6. Your body is a gift, treat it as such.

  7. Safety is paramount, listen to coaches.

  8. Do not hurt your training partners, you cannot do this without them.

  9. Focus on your own journey, no one else’s.

  10. Bullying, assault, harassment, or other behaviour/actions of this kind will not be tolerated.
